Plans and Pricing
We offer a variety of floor plans to suit your needs and budget. Our 2 bedroom apartment homes start at $934 for the standard option and $1014 for the upgraded option, with a deposit of $300. Our 2 bedroom townhomes start at $1134 for the standard option and $1039 for the upgraded option, also with a deposit of $300.
Our pet policy allows for up to two pets per home, with a monthly pet rent of $30 for the first pet and $40 for the second. We do have breed restrictions, so please contact us for more information.

Our apartments and townhomes come equipped with a range of amenities designed to enhance your living experience. Application
To apply for residency at Meadow Chase, please complete our credit application criteria, along with the application fee of $35 per adult. We require a security deposit of $300, as well as a pet fee of $40 for one pet or $60 for two pets (per month). Please note that renters insurance is required, and additional fees may apply.
