We welcome pets at Brookside Square! Our pet policy allows for up to 2 pets per apartment home. The monthly pet rent is $50 for cats and $75 for dogs. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
Parking
We offer garage parking at a monthly cost of $75.00. Additional parking spots are available for an additional fee.
