Our company was founded in 1976, initially operating as the Coleman Land Company. After over 20 years of unparalleled success, we incorporated as Prudential Utah Real Estate in 2001. In 2014, we changed umbrellas and became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties.
