Our Office and History

Our expansive office is housed in a magnificent 9,000 square foot Victorian mansion built in 1870 by a renowned shipbuilder. Located in the heart of historic Port Jefferson Village, this architectural gem has a fascinating history, having once served as a Moose Lodge, a theater, and even a recording studio in the 1970s for the rock group Foghat. Renowned musicians like Billy Joel, Blue Oyster Cult, Meatloaf, and Zebra recorded within these walls, leaving behind a legacy of musical magic. We acquired and meticulously rehabilitated this historic landmark, transforming it into a warm and inviting environment for our clients and team.
