The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the commercial real estate industry in the state of Maine since 1985. Our mission is to promote responsible development and ownership of real estate throughout the state. We are committed to advocating for the views and concerns of our members to lawmakers and regulatory bodies, and to serving as a unified and proactive representative for real estate and economic development interests.

Our People

MEREDA's strength has always come from the support and participation of its valued members. Our organization is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, who provide leadership and direction to our committees and members. Our committees are the backbone of our organization, and are made up of volunteers who generously give their time and expertise to help us achieve our mission.
