Edward Bell, Principal

With over thirty years of real estate experience, Edward has served banks, institutional owners, and individual property owners. As Principal of Riverside Properties, Edward oversees the day-to-day operations of our property management team and major capital investment activities.

Brett Levy, Principal

Brett has over ten years of real estate acquisition and redevelopment experience. As Principal of Riverside Properties, Brett is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and developing strategic plans for each project. He also oversees all permitting and development activities within Riverside's portfolio.

Michael Rota, COO

Michael Rota joined Riverside Properties in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, leading the firm's general operations. With extensive experience in portfolio management, asset management, leasing, and capital planning, Michael is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our managed properties.

Caroline McGovern, Tenant & Lease Administrator

Caroline has over a decade of experience in property management and leasing. As Tenant & Lease Administrator, she tracks all leases and handles transactions related to rents, taxes, and CAM payments. Caroline also prepares year-end reconciliations and budgets.
