Our story begins with our founder, Janet Brittain, a top-producing real estate agent who started her career in 1981. Feeling conflicted about serving both buyer and rental clients, Janet decided to focus on property management in 1985. At just 26 years old, she opened the doors to J. Brittain Associates. Today, our team of eight staff members manages over 800 residential rental properties.
