Mountainview Apartments

Mountain View is an affordable housing complex located in Fort Payne, Alabama. We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with many unit amenities and features. Unit amenities include high energy appliances including an Energy Star range, refrigerator, and dishwasher; central heat and air; washer & dryer connections in each unit, patios, outside storage closets, and window coverings. Additionally, we offer quarterly community social gatherings.

Income Qualifications and Lease Terms

At Mountain View, we understand that pets are an important part of many families. However, due to our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment for all our residents, we have a strict pet policy. Service animals only are allowed in our apartments.
