Our community is situated in the heart of Blacksburg, Virginia, within walking distance to downtown, shopping, and Virginia Tech campus.

Our Community

At Jefferson Apartments, we pride ourselves in offering a wide range of floor plans, from studio apartments to three-bedroom townhomes. Our units are well-built, with spacious living areas, plentiful storage, and modern amenities. We understand the importance of a comfortable living space, which is why we have designed our community to provide a sense of community and tranquility. Our units feature carpeted or hardwood flooring, insulated walls and floors, and double-paned windows for maximum energy efficiency.

• Free shuttle bus service to and from the Virginia Tech campus, included for our residents during the school year

Payment Options

We understand that paying rent can sometimes be a chore. That's why we offer a range of payment options, including check, cashier's check, cash, and online payments through our online portal. We also accept payment from roommates in the form of a single check.

Online Portal

For your convenience, we have an online portal where you can pay your rent, view your balance, submit work orders, and update your information. Please make sure to enter your bank information carefully to avoid a rejected payment.
