Issue with HOA Fees and Service
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with Chacon Realty's handling of HOA fees and service. Cris Vera and Martha Gonzalez gave the company 1-star reviews, citing issues with late fees and poor customer service. Cris Vera mentioned that the company had charged them excessive late fees despite having paid their fees in advance, and was argumentative when they brought it up. Martha Gonzalez had a bad experience with the food and service at a restaurant managed by Chacon Realty, claiming that the cashier was rude and unhelpful.
