Our Leadership

Our team is led by two esteemed professionals: Norman Kranzdorf, Chairman, and Michael Kranzdorf, President. Norman has had a distinguished career in the real estate industry, spanning over 50 years. He has founded and led various companies, including Kranzco Realty, Inc., and Kramont Realty Trust. Michael has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years, with experience in real estate management software, engineering, and strategic planning.

Situated in Lafayette, Colorado, this 15,000 square foot retail center is located at 305-325 Waneka Parkway. With long-term service-oriented tenants, including Anytime Fitness, Hair Studio 28 Pro Cleaners, Vision Quest Martial Arts, and more, this high-traffic center is a premier location for businesses. Neighboring retail includes Jax Mercantile, Sprouts Market, Goodwill, and other popular establishments.
