We allow up to 2 pets with a $400 non-refundable fee and $50 monthly rent. Certain breeds are restricted.

All parking is first-come, unassigned with no additional fees.

Residents pay for electricity, gas, water, and sewer on a monthly basis.

Active/retired military receive a reduced $250 security deposit and $25 monthly rent discount.
