• Direct Real Estate Sales: We offer a direct sales option for clients who wish to sell their property off-market and already have a buyer in place. For a low flat fee, we'll handle all necessary contracts and disclosures, as well as open escrow and manage the entire process through to close.
• Investor Services: Our investor services include custom investment strategies, property acquisition services, and comprehensive property management. We'll work with you to identify, analyze, and acquire investment properties that meet your financial goals and investment objectives.
• Developer Services: If you're a developer of multifamily rental or for-sale properties, we'll assist you through all stages of development, from site identification and feasibility analysis to land acquisition, BRE approval, and sell-out or lease-up.
