Welcome to the Permian Basin Apartment Association (PBAA), the leading trade organization for rental housing managers, owners, and suppliers in the Permian Basin. We are a non-profit entity dedicated to serving the needs of our members and promoting quality and professionalism in the industry. Our membership base includes owners of single-family dwellings, condominiums, duplexes, mobile homes, man camps, and multi-family apartment communities. We also warmly welcome vendor and supplier members who serve the rental owner community in any capacity.

As an affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA), joining PBAA means you also become a member of the state and national organizations. Our History

PBAA was formed in 2005 through the merger of the Midland and Odessa chapters, which had operated separately since 1980. As the Permian Basin continued to grow, it became clear that a single, stronger association was needed to serve the needs of the rental housing industry. Today, PBAA is proud to continue its legacy of promoting quality and professionalism in the industry, advocating for its members, and providing valuable resources and networking opportunities.
