Our History

Rentex was founded by Michael Baribeau and his wife, Dianna Baribeau in the mid 1980's. Mike's family had been in the real estate business since 1927, and Mike recognized the need for a full-service management company. Rentex was formed as a separate division of the Baribeau Agency and has since grown to become one of the largest and most reputable property management companies in the southern mid-coast of Maine.
