Commercial Real Estate

Our commercial real estate projects focus on developing and investing in strategic locations. For instance, our Real Estate Development project in Marianna, Florida, includes the Family Dollar/Brother's Fashion Shopping Plaza. We are also involved in the SoMo Walls project in Tallahassee, Florida, which aims to bring murals and entertainment to the up-and-coming SoMo District with retail and restaurant options.

Hospitality

In the hospitality sector, we have successfully opened Comfort Suites in Alanya, Turkey, offering budget-friendly accommodations within a newly renovated building. Our focus on building a true culture within the managing team ensures that our hospitality services exceed customer expectations.

Food & Beverage

Our food and beverage offerings include Cafe Local, which features chic and eclectic decor, serving casual dishes, globally inspired comfort food, and craft cocktails. We are also involved in importing organic food products to the United States, certified by the United States Department of Agriculture and Food & Drug Administration.

Retail

In retail, we operate Brothers, located in downtown Marianna, Florida, offering a variety of products from clothing to cosmetics. Additionally, we have wholesale and retail operations in Turkey, distributing products such as Best Way, Intex, Hasbro, and Mattel, along with our own brands.
