We have served Chanute, Humboldt, and the surrounding area since 1977. Our agency was founded by Joe Giacoma and Kenneth Ingels in 1977, and in 2011, Royce Edwards purchased the agency and now serves as the supervising broker. We are a member of the Southeast Kansas Multi-List. Royce Edwards, Supervising Broker, is a lifetime resident of the area specializing in residential, commercial, and farm/land listings. Angie Stanley, Sales Agent, has over 18 years of real estate experience and a passion for helping people. Sandy Whitaker, Sales Agent, enjoys fishing, horseback riding, farming, raising cattle, and helping people. John Stewart, Sales Agent, is a native of the Chanute area with extensive experience in agriculture and local real estate. Linda Barnes, Sales Agent, grew up in Chanute and has lived in the area for most of her life.
