Principal Director of Operations
James founded Ryoak in 2010 after becoming a Certified Appraiser (2008) and earning his MAI designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and has over 15 years in commercial real estate. A Texas native, he actively supports community organizations like Hope for Heroes.
Jonathan Hicks
Principal Director of Brokerage
Jonathan brings 15+ years of real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation and investment sales. He holds a master's degree in land economics from Texas A&M and previously led Houston office operations for SRS Real Estate Partners and EDGE Realty Partners.
Brad Roberson
Director of Finance
Brad joined Ryoak after obtaining his Certified Valuation Analyst designation in 2025. With experience in commercial lending and business appraisal since 2007, he manages financial analysis and modeling. He completed the CRE Launch program in 2023 and holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
Steve Lewis
Asset Manager
Steve contributes 30+ years of corporate management experience to Ryoak. He holds an Economics degree from Tulane University and is pursuing his CCIM designation. With expertise in property management and asset operations, he oversees day-to-day management of commercial properties.
Mandi Rossbach
Corporate Controller
Mandi manages accounting, payroll, and construction tracking for Ryoak. With 20 years in real estate lending, she brings expertise in commercial/residential investing and loan documentation. She relocated from Colorado to Texas in 2023 and holds a degree in business administration.
