Our Story
All-Pro Realty and Property Management was founded in 1989 by a group of real estate investors and acquired by David and Charlotte Kelley in 1996. In 2003, Terri Zdanowitz, with a BS in Business Administration and 19 years of corporate financial management experience, joined the company and purchased it in 2006. Under her leadership, the company has grown from managing a handful of residential rental properties to a current customer base of nearly 600 units.
