Program Options

We offer a range of programs designed to cater to the needs of our students. Whether you're a Sales Associate or a Broker, we have the perfect course for you. Our Sales Associate program offers five courses: Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, Continuing Education, Core Law, and Reactivation. These courses are available in Spanish for your convenience. Our Broker program also offers five courses: Pre-License, Post-License, Continuing Education, Core Law, and Reactivation.

Sales Associate Program

As a Sales Associate, you have a range of courses to choose from, all designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your career. Our courses include:

• Pre-Licensing (63 hours): This comprehensive course provides a detailed view of real estate law, principles, practices, and real estate math. Each interactive class is instructed by an active real estate professional to ensure thorough understanding of the material.
• Post-Licensing (45 hours): All real estate licensees are required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to complete a 45-Hour Post-License Course prior to the expiration of their initial license.
• Continuing Education (14 hours): Every two years, you must complete a 14-Hour Continuing Education Course. This course is instructed by an active real estate professional who will ensure you get the best and most up-to-date information.
• Core Law (3 hours): The Core Law class provides education on the recent changes to the Florida real estate laws, highlighting new rules and laws.

Brother Program

As a Broker, you too have a range of courses to choose from, all designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your career. Our courses include:

• Pre-License (45 hours): This comprehensive course provides a detailed view of real estate law, principles, practices, and real estate math.
• Post-License (45 hours): All real estate licensees are required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to complete a 45-Hour Post-License Course prior to the expiration of their initial license.
• Continuing Education (14 hours): Every two years, you must complete a 14-Hour Continuing Education Course.
