Acquisitions

Our acquisition strategy targets core, core plus, and value-add opportunities, with a specialization in high-street urban retail located in corridors throughout major gateway cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Charleston, and others. We focus on properties with attractive economic adjusted returns, measured downside risk, and significant upside opportunity over the medium and long-term.

We evaluate opportunities based on specific criteria, including core assets with medium to long term stabilized leases in-place at below-market economics, core-plus assets with solid property fundamentals and strong revenues, and value-add assets that include land for development, existing building repositioning, vacancy, and severely under-market in-place rents with leases expiring in the short term. Our flexibility and ability to provide a quick response to investment sales proposals or other proposals have been key to our success in the acquisition space.

Asset Management
