The Apartment Association of Southern Colorado (AASC) is a regional trade association that serves owners, managers, and suppliers in the rental housing industry. Established in 1970, AASC has been dedicated to building a strong multifamily industry through education, networking, and advocacy for over 50 years. Our mission is to serve as the trusted leader and voice of the Southern Colorado rental housing industry through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
Our vision is to be the community's essential connection and leading advocate for the rental housing industry. With a membership that includes over 45,000 rental units and 600 members, AASC is the authoritative voice for multi-family housing in the Pikes Peak Region, including Pueblo and the surrounding communities.
