Our founders, Frank Rolfe and Dave Reynolds, have over 30 years of combined experience in various niches of commercial real estate, including apartments, self-storages, RV parks, mobile home parks, single-family housing, billboards, and office space. We have owned and operated numerous properties across the United States, with total assets worth over $1 billion.

Our Story

Frank Rolfe founded CREU with the goal of sharing his wealth of knowledge with others who are interested in commercial real estate investing. With an AB in Economics from Stanford University and a wealth of experience in the industry, Frank has built a reputation as a leading expert in commercial real estate investing. Dave Reynolds, co-founder of CREU, has a BS in Accounting from Mesa State University and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Together, they have owned and operated some of the largest and most successful commercial real estate properties in the United States.
