• 2-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and 1 bath
• Square footage ranging from 500 to 750 square feet

Application Process

If you're interested in making Remington Place Apartments your new home, please note the following application requirements:

• Application Fee: $30 per application
• Holding Deposit: $150 (optional, but recommended to reserve your desired apartment)
• Security Deposit: $750 (Studio, Junior One Bedroom, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom apartment homes) or $1,000 (Three Bedroom apartment homes)
• Identification: current and valid government-issued photo identification required
• Income Verification: minimum gross income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent
• Rental Verification: written verification from two most recent landlords required

Pet Policy

At Remington Place Apartments, we love animals! We currently do not allow pets, but we do allow Service Animals. Please contact us for our Service Animal Policy.

Parking

Each apartment comes with an assigned parking spot, with a monthly fee of $0. Residents are responsible for any vehicles belonging to guests, employees, or invitees.

Hours of Operation

Our leasing office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We're closed on weekends. We're here to help you find your new home, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
