Pet Policy
At The Tradition, we understand that pets are part of the family. That's why we welcome cats and dogs of all sizes (with a maximum weight limit of 60 lbs.). We have a maximum of two pets per home, and a pet deposit fee of $750 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Please contact our leasing office for more information on our pet policy.

N. G.'s 1-star review details a prolonged issue with mold growing in their apartment, which has caused severe health problems for them and their pets. The management company's lack of response, refusal to engage, and failure to provide a solution have left them feeling ill-treated and seeking legal action.
