Our Location

Our location is one of the best in Richmond, situated on the busy East side of town, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and numerous businesses of all varieties. We are just one block north across from Wal-Mart on North 36th Street. Richmond is home to Indiana University East, Ivy Tech, and Earlham College, all of which are within city limits. We are approximately 1 hour from Indianapolis, IN, Cincinnati, and Dayton, OH. Our scenic country setting provides a quiet and peaceful living experience, yet we are close to everything.

Our Apartments

We offer spacious apartments with four different floor plans to choose from, ranging from two to three bedrooms. Our townhouse style floor plans provide you with your own front door and no common halls. Each apartment is bi-level, with the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath on the first level, and two or three bedrooms and a full bath on the second level. Our 2 bedroom townhouse apartments come in two floor plans, with a choice of gas heat or all electric. Our 3 bedroom apartments are all electric. All of our apartments offer patios, central air, appliances including dishwasher, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and water is paid. We have a swimming pool, basketball area, and a large field for children to play or to walk your dog.

Our four different floor plans provide you with a variety of options to choose from, ranging from two to three bedrooms.
