Our History

In 1980, The Gallina Companies began rehabilitating and renting apartment properties and commercial buildings. Today, we are composed of three separate divisions: Gallina Corporation, Gallina Management, Inc., and Gallina Real Estate, Inc. From developing single-family subdivisions to managing commercial properties, we have successfully expanded our portfolio to include over 3,000 apartment units in Wisconsin and Florida.

Joseph R. Gallina, Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of Gallina Corporation, Gallina Management, Inc., and Gallina Real Estate, Inc., Joe has extensive experience in developing single-family subdivisions, retail, and commercial properties. His expertise has earned him awards such as the Dane County Business Man of the Year and the State of Wisconsin Community Development Award for Hoff Mall in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin.

Craig B. Enzenroth, President

With over 30 years of experience with The Gallina Companies, Craig has been instrumental in the development of our properties. As President, he works closely with our development team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Dawn M. Hendrickson, Vice President

As the Vice President, Dawn oversees the property management and financial operations of our multi-family sites. With over 30 years of experience, Dawn is responsible for managing our property supervisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our communities.
