Graduated from Wofford College with degrees in Economics and Psychology, Charles Wyatt brings extensive real estate experience spanning residential/commercial sales, mortgage banking, and construction. Author of 'AWARE in South Carolina' textbook, he has shaped real estate education since founding the institute in 1972.
Carol J. Robbins
Broker and Instructor
With a communication degree from Bob Jones University, Carol Robbins combines mortgage industry expertise with teaching experience since 2005. She edits the 'AWARE in South Carolina' textbook and provides specialized instruction for students needing additional support in real estate concepts and exam preparation.

Licensed since 2004, Robbie Romeiser holds a political studies degree from Oglethorpe University. As Broker-in-charge of Spender Hines Properties, he contributes commercial real estate expertise to our teaching staff since 2008, bringing practical insights from his CCIM association experience.

A Furman University graduate with GRI/ASR designations, Lauren Briles has led her own brokerage since 2007. As former board member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS, she shares 15+ years of practical real estate experience with students since joining our faculty in 2011.

What real estate licenses can I obtain through your courses?
We prepare students for associate, broker, and property management licenses through state-certified programs meeting South Carolina's educational requirements for each license type.
How long does it take to complete the licensing process?
The associate license requires 90 hours of coursework (60+30 hours), broker license needs 150 hours (including prior associate hours), and property management requires 30 hours plus optional 7-hour PMIC training.
Do you offer online course options?
Currently we focus on in-person classes, but provide free video reviews of all courses and recommend our textbook for additional study. The PMIC 7-hour course is available online through other providers.
What support resources are available for students?
We offer free practice exams, video reviews, one free tutoring hour for struggling students, and immediate instructor access during business hours for course-related questions.
How do I enroll in your courses?
Complete our online enrollment form with credit/debit card payment, or mail/fax a paper application. Confirmations are sent within 2 business days during processing hours (9AM-4PM Mon-Thu).
Can out-of-state license holders transfer to SC?
Contact the SC Real Estate Commission for reciprocity details. Georgia licensees may not need classes, others might require 90 hours of coursework and the SC exam portion.
