At Breen Realty, we are proud to be a family-owned business with a rich history in real estate. Our story began with Richard's father, uncles, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers, all involved in the real estate industry. Richard and Kara Breen started their real estate career in Cambria in 1987 with Coldwell Banker, where Richard became a Top Producer. Before entering the real estate industry, Richard earned a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling and taught communications courses for 15 years. After the 1995 flood in Cambria, which destroyed many downtown businesses, Richard turned adversity into opportunity and continued to specialize in coastal ranches, vineyards, ocean front, and ocean view premium homes and land from Northern Big Sur to Southern San Luis Obispo County. Today, we have expanded our services to include a vacation rental program called Breen Vacation Station and are planning to expand into long-term rentals as well.
