Ann Robinson, the current owner and Principal Broker of Action Realty, has been a licensed realtor since 1988. She began her journey at Action Realty under the esteemed mentorship of Jane Melton. In 2003, she acquired the agency, continuing to lead it with dedication and passion. Ann's extensive experience is complemented by her appraiser certification, which allows her to provide comprehensive real estate services in Kentucky and Tennessee. Ann's favorite part of the real estate industry is the people she meets and the opportunity to help them find their dream homes.

Jonathan Evans, another valued member of the Action Realty team, joined the agency in 2015 after working as a real estate sales associate since 2004. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong work ethic to his role. Jonathan's family has a long history in real estate, with his father, Charles Evans, being an experienced appraiser and banker. This upbringing instilled in Jonathan a strong desire to help others and make a positive impact in the communities he serves.

Janice Miller, a dedicated full-time realtor licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee, has been serving the Middlesboro area since 1997.
