Poor Service and Lack of Transparency
The reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with several authors expressing disappointment and frustration with the Association's services. It appears that the Association is not organized, nor is it willing to keep its members informed about what's happening within the organization. Several reviewers have reported receiving unwanted calls and receiving little to no value from their membership dues.
CEO Unreliable
The CEO of the Association has been called out for not following through on promises made to members. One reviewer reported being told that the Association had signed an agreement with other out-of-area associations to share a common key, making it easier for members to co-op. However, this promise was never fulfilled, leading to frustration and mistrust among members.
Arrogant and Uncooperative
Another reviewer describes the Association as showing arrogance, uncooperative authority, and speechless, defenseless behavior towards its members.
One Positive Review
Despite the numerous negative reviews, one author had a positive experience with the Association. They found the weekly meetings to be a valuable way to connect with local professionals and stay up-to-date on what's happening in the bay area.
