Our History

Westhills Ltd Realtors was originally established in 1988 as the marketing branch of the area's premier builder, Westhills Company. However, it quickly evolved into a full-service real estate business, serving a diverse range of clients. In 2010, Richard Kane purchased Westhills Ltd Realtors, fully separating it from the Westhills Company and relocating the office to Fishersville to better serve its clients. Today, Westhills Ltd Realtors continues to be a trusted resource for buyers and sellers in Waynesboro, Fishersville, Staunton, Augusta County, and the surrounding areas.
