We are pleased to announce that principals of Fishman Commercial Real Estate have formed a joint venture with Cadence Commercial Real Estate to expand upon the development and investment pursuits that we service. This partnership allows us to focus on continuing the development and acquisition of neighborhood centers while utilizing Fishman Commercial's platform of commercial brokerage and property management.

GSA Group

Fishman Commercial has developed a separate business unit dedicated to securing, building, and managing projects leased to the General Services Administration (GSA). Our experienced team, led by Jeff Eirinberg as Project Director, and Michael Fishman in charge of legal and financing matters, have successfully delivered numerous projects for the GSA.
