Woodgreen Management, Inc. is a distinguished commercial real estate investment and property management firm, established in 1990 by Allan M. Bernheimer and Jeffrey R. Miller. We offer our services for retail and office properties throughout Southern New England. Our commitment to excellence and personalized approach sets us apart from the competition. We focus on investing in properties with high volume traffic, located in areas with medium to upper incomes. Our properties are meticulously maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that our clients receive above-average returns on their investments.

Our Services

We provide a wide range of services, including property management, property acquisition, property sale, financing, leasing, development, and accounting/financial reporting. Our experienced team ensures that every property in our portfolio receives the attention and care it deserves. Our current portfolio consists of nine properties, and since our inception, we have managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Allan M. Bernheimer, our President, has over 30 years of business experience in accounting and management functions, specializing in property management for the last fifteen years. He holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in Public Accounting from the University of Hartford. He earned his CPA in 1978.

Jeffrey R. Miller, our Vice President, has more than 30 years of real estate experience, primarily in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He specializes in property management, leasing, property acquisition, and financing. He holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Toronto.

Andrew Weir, our Financial Controller, joined us in April of 2016. He has 30 years of financial experience and is responsible for the accounting and reporting function. Prior to joining Woodgreen Management, he spent 26 years as Assistant Controller with a leading Landscape Supply Company.

Richard Bernheimer, our Property Manager, has been with us since 1995. Prior to that, he was a civil engineer. He obtained his B.A. in civil engineering at Central Connecticut State University.
