Our Amenities

At Valley View Apartments, we strive to provide our residents with a comfortable and convenient living experience. Our community offers a range of amenities to make your life easier and more enjoyable. Our residents can enjoy the convenience of our community laundry room, basketball court, and playground. We also have a peaceful community room where you can relax and socialize with your neighbors.

Lease Terms

We offer a 12-month lease, and our rental assistance program is available for applicants who qualify. We understand that each individual has unique needs, which is why we make reasonable accommodations for service and companion animals.

Floor Plans

Our apartments come in a range of floor plans to cater to different needs and preferences. We have one-bedroom apartments with approximately 653 square feet of living space and two-bedroom apartments with approximately 782 square feet of living space. Our units are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, bathroom grab bars, emergency pull cords, and energy-saving windows.

Valley View Apartments is a pet-free community, with the exception of service and companion animals. We do not allow pets on the property. Our management team is committed to making your experience enjoyable and hassle-free. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
