With our main emphasis on appraising, Don R. Scheidt & Co. has acquired expertise in virtually all property types. This includes, but not limited to, industrial, multi-family, hotel/motel, commercial office and retail, health care facilities, special use properties, as well as residential. Commercial assignments are accepted throughout the Midwest.
Residential Appraisals
Our residential staff at Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. includes a wide range of professional experience. Disappointing Experience with Appraisal Service
Unreliable Appraisal Values
Reviewers have expressed frustration with the appraisal service, citing unfair and inaccurate appraisals that resulted in financial losses. The reviewer, Debra M., shared a personal experience where their business property was appraised at $100,000 in May 2017, which was significantly lower than its actual value. Despite presenting comparable properties with higher values, the appraisal company refused to reappraise the property.
