Realty One LLC is a company that specializes in real estate service. Owned by Fairfield, Alabama native Rosalyn H. Johnson, my company provides services to the following areas within the state: Pleasant Grove, Fairfield, McCalla, Shelby County, Jefferson County, and St. Clair County. Our company provides real estate services for the Birmingham Metropolitan area. We help our clients in moving in and out of the city as well as other related services concerning: New Construction, Existing Homes, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Commercial Sales, and Commercial Lease.

With more than a decade of service, Realty One LLC is a one-stop-shop real estate resource for all of its customers and client's needs. We are dedicated to proactively communicating with all our clients, aiming to continue doing the same thing, my team and I are dedicated to attentively listen to both buyers and sellers to meet their demands.

In the commercial sector, we welcome clients interested in buying or selling properties in the whole state of Alabama.

About the Owner

Rosalyn H. Johnson, the owner of Realty One LLC, is a native of Fairfield, Alabama. She attended Robinson Elementary School and graduated from the Fairfield public school system. After finishing her bachelor's degree at Faith College, she became an advertising representative and later an Alabama Real Estate licensed agent and broker who founded Realty One LLC. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards and accolades, including Rookie of the Year Nomination, Consistent Member of the Club of Excellence, Top Producer from 2005-2016, and Realtor of the Year Award from the Bessemer Board of Realtors.

Achievements

From the year 2004-2008, Rosalyn exceeded the number of deals of every realtor with Cliff Development Sales & Appraisals. During an all-time low moment in the real estate industry, she managed to receive the outstanding achievement award in 2008. In February 2009, she was awarded the Platinum level plaque by the Bessemer Board of Realtors for making 4.8 million in sales.
