• 1998: Our CEO and broker-in-charge, Kito J. Johnson, acquires his first home at the age of 20, using a lease-purchase strategy that later yields a $30,000 profit.
• 2004: We became an investment real estate company, partnering with various entities to create and sustain wealth through real estate investing.
• 2013: We became a full-service real estate brokerage in Georgia, with a team that has analyzed over 1,000 residential assets for individual investors and private equity funds, resulting in excess of $20 million in yearly acquisitions.
• 2014: We expanded into Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, and South Carolina.
