Before we start looking at homes, we will explain the details of the Purchase Agreement, estimate the expenses you will incur, discuss financing options, and arrange an appointment with a mortgage representative to pre-qualify you. We will also discuss architectural style, location, schools, and special features that you desire. After the sale and prior to closing, we will assist in obtaining a homeowner's insurance policy, coordinate possession details, and help you arrange for any necessary inspections of the property. At the closing, we will discuss proceeds and closing statements with you, attend the closing and answer all questions, and coordinate the transfer of utilities and keys.
