Location and Maintenance
The community has a nice location in town, within walking distance of Rose Rudman park. However, the maintenance staff seems to be lacking. There have been reports of poor maintenance, such as the pools being shut down due to unsafe water conditions.
Staff and Customer Service
The staff has been reported to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Some residents have experienced rude behavior from the sales person, Angela, who allegedly discriminated against visitors from California due to their age. Another resident reported having a difficult time getting help with a maintenance issue and feeling rushed off the phone.
General Feedback
Residents have reported various issues with the community, including poor maintenance, rude staff, and safety concerns. On the other hand, one resident had a positive experience and enjoyed the location and maintenance of the apartments.
