She claimed that they charged a full cleaning fee despite hours of cleaning being done for the inspection, and hung up on her phone call when she tried to get additional information.
Author Holden Mitchell also gave the company 1 star, expressing disappointment with their handling of his move-out inspection. He spent 5+ hours cleaning to avoid paying a cleaning fee, but was still charged $100. He was unhappy with the way the inspection was conducted and felt that the management was uncooperative.
