We specialize in managing New Jersey properties, ranging from 8 units to 800. Our team offers a wide range of services, including:

1. Emergency Automated Announcement Call Services: We provide a system that can send out automated calls to inform residents about important updates or emergencies.

2. Professional Engineering, Accounting, and Auditing Services: Our team includes experienced professionals who can handle various aspects of property management, from engineering and accounting to auditing.

3. No-Charge Legal Counsel/Advice: We offer legal counsel and advice at no additional cost to our clients.

4. NJ State-Licensed Real Estate Agent on Staff: Our team includes a licensed real estate agent who can assist with any real estate-related issues or transactions.

5. Conference Room Available for Board Meetings at No Charge to the Association: We provide a convenient space for Board Members to hold meetings without any additional costs.

6. Caliber Owner & Board Portals: Our management software platform, Caliber, includes online portals for Board Members and Owners to access account and Association information, revise contact info, submit requests, etc. all in real-time!

7. HomeWiseDocs: We use HomeWiseDocs to simplify the complex and time-consuming tasks of disclosing information for the sale or refinance of properties within our managed communities.

Our Staff

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our office staff is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, ensuring that you can always speak with a team member when you call our office. We also provide 24/7/365 emergency response services, which are answered by Cedarcrest Property Directors, not an answering service.

Our financial department includes a CPA and an Accounting Director with over 45 years of combined experience. Our experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrators are always available to support our Associations during normal business hours.
