We own, manage, and maintain 66 apartments throughout six buildings at three locations in Streator. Our properties include Town & Country Terrace, Parkview Apartments, and Walkey Apartments, each offering a unique living experience tailored to meet the diverse needs of our tenants.

Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal are also included in our services.

Our Locations

Our apartments are located in Streator, Illinois, and offer convenient access to various amenities and attractions. Here's a brief overview of each location:

• Town & Country Terrace: Located on Streator's north side, this property is within walking distance of several eating and shopping establishments and directly across the street from a public 9-hole golf course. The apartments feature stove, refrigerator, central air, and forced air heat, as well as in-building laundry and assigned and visitor parking. Deluxe apartments also include a larger floor plan, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

• Parkview Apartments: Situated two blocks from historic downtown Streator, these apartments are within walking distance of many eating and shopping establishments, the Streator Post Office, and the Streator City Park. They feature stove, refrigerator, central air, and forced air heat, as well as in-building laundry and assigned and on-street parking.

• Walkey Apartments: Also located two blocks from historic downtown Streator, these apartments offer easy access to eating and shopping establishments, the Streator Post Office, and the Streator City Park. They feature stove, refrigerator, microwave, in-wall A/C, and baseboard heat, as well as in-building laundry and assigned covered parking and visitor parking.
