Paramark Real Estate Services is a leading provider of property management, commercial brokerage, and facility services, with a legacy dating back to 1971. Headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota, we have grown to employ over 200 team members, operating in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Our integrated team-based approach ensures effective communication and proactive management, prioritizing the operational and financial performance of our clients' properties.

History

Founded as Weis Management Company in 1971, we initially focused on residential property management, supporting the affordable housing development of Joe and Gene Weis of Weis Builders. As the company grew, we branched out into third-party residential and commercial fee management. In 2006, we changed our name to Paragon Property Management, and later merged with Lanmark Property Advisors in 2006. This merger formed Paramark Real Estate Services, reflecting and retaining the strengths, reputation, and legacies of both companies.
