• 6135 E. Tudor Rd: Nestled in a prime East Anchorage location, this complex provides easy access to numerous amenities, including JBER, downtown, UAA, UMED district, ANMC, Providence, Alaska Club, and botanical gardens. This property boasts spacious apartments with one or two bedrooms, ranging from $950 to $1175 per month. Residents will enjoy features like free WiFi, large kitchens and bathrooms, brand-new carpet and flooring, personal balconies on second-floor units, a large fenced yard with a common grilling area, and 24/7 laundry facilities with modern machines.

• 5421 E. 42nd Ave: Located in the vibrant UMed District, this complex puts you steps away from everything you need. Residents enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, fully renovated apartments with custom kitchens featuring hickory or oak cabinetry and all-new appliances, wood-plank flooring throughout the dining and living areas, spacious bedrooms with custom window treatments and new carpet, and updated bathrooms with custom fixtures.
