Founded by Myron Wepfer, our company has a rich history rooted in agricultural and residential real estate. From its humble beginnings to its current success, we've consistently emphasized growth, diversity, quality customer service, and high ethical standards. In 2019, we took a significant step forward by expanding our services and welcoming new realtors under the leadership of Kelly, our Broker/Owner. This move allowed us to specialize and diversify our services, solidifying our position as a leader in north-central Wisconsin real estate.

Our History

Our journey began in 1955, with Myron Wepfer leveraging his agricultural background and pilot's license to attract buyers from outside the local market. This innovative approach helped establish Dairyland Realty as a booming agricultural and residential real estate business. In 1988, we expanded to the MidWisconsin Bank plaza in Medford, and by 1997, the company was divided into two locations, with Duane managing the Abbotsford office and Dan Olson leading the Medford office. Our membership in the Century 21 Real Estate family in 2002 brought added value, superior training, and national marketing support. Today, we continue to grow and adapt, always looking for new ways to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
