Our Services
We offer a range of services to our residents, including:
- Apartment Options: We provide a variety of apartments ranging from 1-10 bedrooms, accommodating 1-6 people. Our apartments are well-maintained and include a range of features, such as full-size basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and walking and biking trails nearby.
- Furnished Options: We offer furnished apartments to save our residents the time and money of buying and moving their furniture.
- Shuttle Bus Service: We provide a shuttle bus service to take our residents to and from campus, making it easy to get to classes and other university events.
- Laundry Facilities: We offer free laundry facilities in all of our apartment buildings, making it easy for our residents to stay clean and refreshed.
- Internet and Utilities: We provide free enhanced internet and utilities in all of our apartments, making it easy for our residents to stay connected and comfortable.
- Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets in our apartments and offer a pet policy and application for our residents.
Our Properties
We have three apartment properties to choose from: Lexington Ridge, Casa Loma, and The Globe. Each property offers a unique living experience, with amenities and services tailored to meet the needs of our students.
- Lexington Ridge: This property offers a range of apartments from 2-6 bedrooms, with features such as a full-size basketball court and sand volleyball court. Located nearby is the CMU athletic facilities and the Student Activity Center, as well as University Park with walking and biking trails, ponds, and beautiful scenery.
- Casa Loma: This property offers 2-6 bedroom units, with new 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhouses with large attached decks and 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses with lots of space for 4-6 people. Our 6-bedroom townhouse is now available in a fully updated model with new flooring, lights, ceiling fans, updated kitchens with dishwashers, and Bluetooth bath speakers.
- The Globe: This property is Mt. Pleasant's largest and most luxurious student housing for CMU and MMCC students. It features over 2,100 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, an outdoor deck, a huge living room, and a gourmet kitchen.
