Cleanliness and Maintenance
The residents of Arapahoe Club Apartments have reported a clean and well-maintained environment. Lisa Gomez-Prince praised the office staff for ensuring everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Taras Jouleh noted that the community is on top of shoveling snow and keeping sidewalks and roads clear. Emilia Torrellas appreciated the maintenance team's quick response to issues, and Bianca Manzanero loved the efforts made by Juan and the office in keeping the place clean.
However, Kara Dawn had a different experience, stating that her unit was not cleaned properly before moving in, with dust bunnies, old food, and clogged drains. Ileana Morales mentioned that the community had some trash scattered around, blaming the tenants for the issue.
Safety and Community
Arapahoe Club Apartments have been praised for providing a safe environment. Lisa Gomez-Prince and Pamela M. Johnson mentioned that the complex offers a safe and secure living space. Taras Jouleh loved the location and appreciated the community's efforts to keep the area clean. Emilia Torrellas felt safe due to the small size of the complex.
However, Germy Louis had a nightmare experience when his car was towed for not having a parking permit, and Ileana Morales mentioned that there were some issues with parking, including the complex's towing policy.
Overall Experience
The residents who left positive reviews appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the maintenance team, and the clean and well-maintained environment. Bianca Manzanero loved living at Arapahoe Club Apartments and couldn't be happier.
However, Kara Dawn and Germy Louis had extremely negative experiences. Kara Dawn criticized the complex for not caring about its residents and providing a dirty and poorly maintained apartment. Germy Louis was upset about the predatory towing policy and felt that the complex was unfair.
Ileana Morales had a mixed experience, praising the friendly maintenance staff but criticizing the complex's communication and parking policies.
