Macallan Real Estate, LLC is a comprehensive brokerage firm focusing on commercial, residential, and land sales across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and South Carolina. Our Team

Heath Milligan, Principal, is a Marietta native and graduate of the University of Georgia, majoring in Consumer Economics. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and development of properties. James L. Rhoden III, Managing Broker, is an Atlanta native, holding Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Florida. He has focused his career on real estate law and brokerage. John Rex Fuqua, Land Specialist, graduated from The Lovett School and The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, majoring in History and minoring in Geography. Brett Bradley, Director of Retail Sales, is a metro Atlanta native who attended Greater Atlanta Christian School and the University of Mississippi, majoring in Business Management. George Hart, Industrial Specialist, is a Covington native and graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Accounting. William Miller, Real Estate Analyst, graduated from The University of Mississippi, with degrees in Managerial Finance and Real Estate. Douglas Davidson, Land Specialist, is an Atlanta Native and a recent graduate of Clemson University where he received a B.S. in Economics. Winston Smith, Associate Broker, graduated from Emory University (B.A.) and Georgia State University (MBA), with over 25 years of experience ranging from land acquisition to brokerage. Eric Clarkson, Associate Broker, is a graduate of Missouri State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing Research and Decision Analysis. He has more than 30 years of marketing experience. John Clotfelter, Chief Financial Officer, joined Macallan in early 2020 bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, treasury, and operational management. Michele Harry, Director of Marketing, leads strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and customer engagement efforts for the company. Jen Auxier, Executive Assistant, is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in

Sociology, and has been with Macallan Real Estate, LLC since December 2014.
