At Park Meadows Apartments, we strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing living experience for our residents. Our community is designed to meet the needs of our residents, with a range of services and amenities available to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

Lease Options and Pet Policy

We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months, giving you the flexibility to choose the length of your lease that suits your needs. Our pet policy is pet-friendly, and we welcome your furry friends to join you in your new home. However, we do have some breed restrictions and requirements for pets, including a maximum of two pets per unit and a pet deposit and fee. Service animals for disabled persons are exempt from our pet policy and are welcome in our community.

Move-In Process and Fees

Before moving into our community, you'll need to complete an application, which includes a fee of $50 per applicant. We also require a $100 administration fee and a $100 reservation fee to secure your new home. Once approved, you'll need to provide proof of vaccinations, breed identification, and current photographs of each pet before they occupy your new home.

Rent Payments and Insurance

We accept rent payments via check or certified funds during regular office hours. You can also pay your rent using your credit or debit card through our Square Reader or online through our resident portal. While renters insurance is not required, we do recommend it to protect your personal belongings.

Maintenance and Repairs

We take pride in maintaining our community and addressing any issues that may arise. Our maintenance supervisor is available to assist with any emergencies or routine repairs. If you experience any problems with your home, please contact our office, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Parking and Lease Termination

We offer open parking with the option of covered parking in select areas. If you need to break your lease, you'll be required to pay a lease termination fee of 2x the amount of rent, in addition to any outstanding rent and fees.

Utilities and Maintenance Requests

Utilities are billed separately from your rent, and you're responsible for paying these bills. For maintenance requests, please contact our office, and we'll do our best to address the issue promptly.
